To Eat, or Not To Eat

I came across the following dinner plates the other day, via Swiss Miss. Quite a fascinating idea.

These plates show exactly how much of each food group you are allowed to eat depending on your diet. Could this be a potential way of solving the obesity problems we keep hearing about? But my real question is, do the plates have a height limit?


Of course, there is a bit of a practical issue. (Besides pizza, how many foods come in radial slices?) The plates can also be seen on the designer's website.
